At Elec-Trick Custom Cruisers, we hold ourselves to the highest standard and believe in full transparency within our team and with our customers. For that reason, our manufacturing process includes many rigorous practices and procedures to ensure the end result is the best it can possibly be. Take a look at our key components below.
High Strength Chromoly Tubing Design
We have strict standards when it comes to our manufacturing process, and never settle for less. We use only 4130 - .120 wall Chromoly tubing in order to support the frame design of our 26" Fat Tire Electric Bike. This allows us to keep the desired minimalistic design features. Tubing wall thickness is twice as thick as most current bicycle manufacturers. This does not make for the lightest final product but however, will provide many years of service without issue.
Panasonic & Samsung Li-ION Batteries
The weak point of ordinary electric bikes is overcome at Elec-Trick. Nothing but High Quality batteries for us. Our 52V battery system, with integrated battery management system, gives you what you need to enjoy your day with peace of mind. Every now and then, when it can be safely done, twist the throttle for up to 40MPH+ of thrills.* Panasonic & Samsung batteries represent the quality and standard we believe in.

Powerful 1200Watt Rear Hub Drive
We're giving you 1200 watts at the 26" rear wheel to get you where you need to go in style and power. Most companies offer around 350 watts. Direct drive means direct power (see technical specs for corresponding data). No need to have pedal assist when you can just twist and go.
Maxxis FBR Dual Compound Exo Tires
We've done our homework when it comes to making sure you  grip to the trails.  The Maxxis Minion FBR features well-known, proven sideknobs for cornering traction and ramped, paddle-like knobs down the middle, minimizing rolling resistance and maximizing traction in all conditions. Maxxis Minion FBR EXO/TR 26", 120 TPI, 1,295 grams, Fat Bike Tire is the choice for Elec-Trick.
